The Third Meeting of the Second Session of the Tenth Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica will be held at the House of Assembly today Monday 30^th May 2022.

At Monday’s session of parliament Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Investment, Telecommunications and Broadcasting, the Hon Roosevelt Skerrit is expected to seek authorization for a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) for a sum not exceeding 81-million EC dollars to support Dominica’s COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Recovery.

The Hon Prime Minister will also seek authorization for a loan from the International Development Agency (IDA) in the amount of 54-million Eastern Caribbean dollars to finance a disaster risk management development policy with a catastrophe deferred option.

The Prime Minister and Minister for Finance will also introduce a bill for an act to provide for the registration and supervision of Virtual Asset Business from Dominica and with persons in Dominica and for related matters.

There are no questions on the order paper.

Parliament will convene at ten O’clock.
