Commonwealth Scholarships Tenable In The United Kingdom In October 2018
Interested persons are invited to apply for a commonwealth scholarship to pursue post-graduate studies towards a masters or doctoral degree at an institution in the United Kingdom commencing October 2018.
Applicants for master’s degree should hold a first degree with at least upper second-class honors or a second-class degree and a relevant post graduate degree. Applicants for a doctoral study must provide evidence of support from their chosen institution in the United Kingdom.
Applications must be completed electronically and can be found on the website http://bit.ly/cscuk-scholarships-developing-cw and submitted on or before February 22, 2018.
A copy of application form should be submitted to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and human resource development with the following documents.
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Transcripts
- Birth certificate
- Curriculum vitae
- 2 original references and one supporting statement from a UK institution for Phd candidates
- Acceptance letter from preferred institution if available
Deadline for receipt of copy of application with documents is February 22, 2018.
Applicants chosen field of study should be relevant to the national priority areas of training as well as the general priorities of the department for international development.
