ANNOUNCEMENT: Publication of Invitation to Register with the OECS Commission

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission is in the process of expanding its pool of qualified Bidders from the OECS region for the provision of goods and services in the field of Communications and Public Relations.

 

The Commission therefore invites interested Bidders from OECS Member States to register for Print and Promotional Material, Public Awareness and Education, Communications and Graphic Arts.

In establishing the registered list consideration will be given to such factors including, but not limited to, experience, competence to perform in accordance with industry standards, financial stability, reliability and acceptable safety record.

Any Bidder wishing to be qualified and registered with the Commission is required to fully complete and sign a registration form which is available on the OECS website www.oecs.org. It should be noted that in using the Register, the Commission reserves the right to further validate the information submitted by any of these Bidders and to exclude anyone from its database if the information provided is insufficient or invalid in any way.

Additionally, the Commission does not guarantee that any potential Bidder will be solicited to participate in a procurement process or will be awarded a contract.
