ANNOUNCEMENT: Grand Heritage Exposition Open Day

The Forestry, Wildlife and Parks Division and the Waitukubuli National Trail Management Unit will hold a Grand Heritage Exposition Open Day at the Waitukubuli National Trail Research and Interpretation Facility in Pont Casse from 10:30 a.m. on October 31, 2012.

The event coincides with Dominica’s Flag Day and is observed under this year’s Independence Theme: “Partnering for Further Progress and Development”.

The day’s event includes:

• A grand educational tour of the facility
• A short animated hike on part of Trail Segment 5
• Interpretation exposition on the history and biodiversity of the trail
• Wildlife exposition
• Cultural music and much more

The general public is invited to attend.
