PRIME MINISTER TO TALK WITH DOMINICANS LIVNG IN USVI

Prime Minister Hon Roosevelt Skerrit leaves the island this weekend for the United States Virgin Islands.

The Dominica leader will be accompanied by Housing Minister, Hon Reginald Austrie during the March 8 to 11 visits.

Prime Minister Skerrit will address Dominican residents in St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. Johns and on Sunday he will also be the keynote speaker at the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps Military Ball at the Ivanna Eudora Kean High School.

The Dominica Labour Party Government continues to demonstrate that Dominicans living abroad are important and should be allowed to participate in and benefit from Dominica’s development.

During the weekend visit, the Dominica leader will reinforce Government's continued commitment to engage Dominicans living overseas, to thank them for their support to national development and to inform them of current developments taking place in Dominica.
